Scholarship Resources

The road to obtaining a college degree can be very expensive, especially for first-generation college students who may not have parents with first-hand experience of how to maximize a financial aid package. Below are several scholarship resources available to first-generation students as well as undocumented or DACA students.

Undocumented Student Scholarships

UndocuBruin Scholarship

The Undocumented Student Program (USP) is excited to inform you that this quarter they are offering one scholarship in the amount of $1,000 to a UCLA UndocuBruin! The scholarship is open to undergraduate students who are eligible for the California Dream Act. USP hopes the scholarship will provide financial support that will contribute towards academic success.

The application is now open. You can find the scholarship attached to the email, via Facebook, and/or in person in the USP office, Student Activities Center B52. 

Deadline is December 27, 2017 at 11:59 PM

Loan award: up to $2000

Interest rates will be fixed at the same rates as Federal Direct Loans, with no loan fees.
